queen contest

2024 QUEEN NATALIE SMITH AND 2023 QUEEN CHLOE ZITTERGRUEN

1. August 7, the first day of 2025 Iowa State Fair.
   
   
2. Contestants must be an active member of at least one service organization in her community such as church, Girl Scouts, 4- H, etc. (Eligibility is not limited to 4-H)
   
   
3. Contestants must never have been married or have any children.
   
   
4. The contestant must reside in Keokuk County or an adjoining county if the majority of her activities are in the county she represents.
   
   
5. The County Fair Queen must be available at the Iowa State Fair August 6 through the evening of August 9, 2025.
   
   
6. If crowned, the Queen must agree to appear for the Iowa State Fair Board in official capacities as requested through out the year until her successor is crowned. This includes daily appearances at the 2025 Fair and the first 3 day of the 2026 fair.
   
   
7. She will need to provide her own transportation to the fair and from the fair.
